Question : I have a milky discharge from my penis. I was tested for chlamydia and test came back negative. No burning while urinating, but the milky discharge is still there. What do I have and what treatment do you suggest.

A milky discharge in urine,may be due to various causes.
You'll need to get tested for finding out the cause for this,after seeing an Urologist.

1. urine routine,culture and AFB ( 3 consecutive morning specimens ).
and urine for chylomicrons.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,and VDRL,HIV,HbsAg.
3. ultrasound -KUB.

With these reports,an Urologist will be able to advise expert treatment.
