What Does Positive UPT Along With Sore Breasts And Stomach Cramps Indicate?

Question: On XXXXXXX 22 a day after my period was due I had 7 positive home pregnancy tests. Extremely tired, sore breasts, slight cramping but no bleeding or spotting. Today they are coming out negative. Can my hcg fluctuate without this being a loss of pregnancy?
