Positive TPHA meant that you had a latent syphilis infection (past infection), specially if you did'nt had any signs or symptoms of syphilis at the time of testing or don't remember if you ever developed any signs or symptoms of syphilis. Ideally you should have been given a total of 3 injections, one injection per week for 3 weeks but you were only administered 2 injections.

There is nothing to worry about but, I would recommend re-treatment with 3 injections, once every week for 3 weeks.
