Brief Answer:
Not common for the bleeding to come from both organs.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

It is not common to bleed from the urinary system and the vagina/uterus too because that would mean that you are having problems in both those systems, which would be a very uncommon coincidence.
So you will need a rule out where is the bleeding coming from.
A physical exam would rule that out for sure.
A urine analyse would tell you if the problem is in your kidneys or bladder.

I suspect that it is most probably coming from your uterus/vagina and it looks like it is coming from the urinary system too because the blood spreads in the surroundings.
Again, a physical exam at a local gynecologist would rule out where the lesion which is bleeding is localized, what kind of lesion is it, why is it bleeding during intercourse only, ect. Having found that, then the treatment is easy.

Hope this is helpful and makes sense.
Let me know if you need more clarifications or how can I help more.
