Brief Answer:
Autonomic dysfunction secondary to Sleep apnea probably.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Autonomic dysfunction secondary to sleep apnea.
Get a Tilt table test to confirm the diagnosis.
Also you need to get an ECG,2 D Echo of your heart to rule out any underlying heart disease.
Drugs like Fludrocortisone will be helpful to improve your symptoms.
NOTE:These drugs should be used under strict supervision of your doctor.
Also you need to get your machine checked by bio-medical engineer to fix it as it should not fall off from your face.
Hope I have answered your query at the moment,
Post your further queries if any,
Thankyou
