Question: I'm on oxygen and my heart is beating around. 100 I have had about. Four drinks in last 5 hours would it be okay to take a .5 Xanax for what feels like a panics attack

its safe to take xanax now.

As 5-6 hours have elapsed, xanax can be taken because most of the alcohol in body would have been metabolised by now.
