What Does Rash On Testicle Indicate?
Brief Answer:
Not related to STD.HIV or Prostatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
There is nothing serious to be worried.
I saw the picture sent by you.
It is not related to prostatitis. It has nothing to do with STD/HIV.
It is just a local reaction of skin due to your scratch or just a local lymphangitis either because of a response to scratch or due to a block in the local lymphatics. You can just ignore the same. It can settle spontaneously after few weeks time. If there is itching, you can get some steroid cream from a Dermatologist after examination of the lesion.
Anyway I assure you that there is nothing serious to be bothered.

Brief Answer:
Treatment under guidance of Physician is safe
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
The pictures were having good clarity. But personal examination has more value than a still picture.
I am not aware about the steroid creams available as OTC product in your country.
Anyhow get a opinion of a Dermatologist and get treated under his/her guidance. Nothing wrong in getting delayed for a few days before you get an appointment with Physician.
