Brief Answer:
It can be due to Breast cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you once again.
Your symptoms are suggestive of a fluid filled Breast cyst which are very common after menopause.
The treatment of cyst is fluid aspiration by needle and fluid will be send for investigation.
Recurrance is very common with cyst.
As in your case it is red and painful, may be you required antibiotics treatment ( consult your physician for the same).
But to be safer side you should go for mammography to rule out the other causes.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
