Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Its certainly not herpes as you said they are red spots.Herpes causes fluid filled vesicles.
Most common cause of these kind of red spots is razor shaving, few other causes are infection of hair follicle, allergy, excessive sun exposure etc.All these conditions will lead to itching.
so I will suggest you to upload image of your red spot thing if possible so that I can give a better opinion regarding it. You have a feature to upload the images by yourself on the right side of this query page. Please utilize it. Thank you.

yes I do so also would folliculitis cause the genital area to put of heat especially when I wear jeans its so uncomfortable feeling and also with the brown discharge at period time is that due to an infection as well
Brief Answer:
topical ointment creams and oral antibiotics can be used for treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your revert.
When you wear jeans, due to its friction these red spots tend to itch more and you feel like excessive production of heat.so I advice you to avoid tight clothd like jeans.
Home therapy for mild cases of bacterial folliculitis includes use of an over-the-counter antibacterial wash like benzoyl peroxide (Clearisil, Proactiv), chlorhexidine (Hibiclens), or Phisoderm twice a day.
Clindamycin or metronidazole ointment can be immensely helpful. Also oral antibiotics like cephalexin (Keflex), dicloxacillin (Dynapen), doxycycline, minocycline (Dynacin, Minocin), ciprofloxacin (Cipro), or levofloxacin (Levaquin) have a proven role in treating folliculitis.
But then I would also suggest you to consult with your dermatologist as soon as possible.
For any other problems regarding vaginal discharge or any menstrual problems you can ask me direct questions.
I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.
