What Does Redness On Foreskin Of A 6 Month Old Child Indicate?

My 6 months old son's foreskin is showing extra red color from today morning and he is not much concerned about it.See the attached pictures for reference. Anything to worry? Pls suggest a solution.

Hi.....u have seen the pictures. It looks completely normal except for some redness at glans. If it's not troubling him you need not do anything. But if the redness is increasing or if he is crying during each urination, then we should consider balanoposthitis or an inflammation of glans and foreskin and it needs antibiotics.
Antibiotics are prescription drugs. If above symptoms arise I suggest you get him examined by his pediatrician.
