Such a simple question and report is not necessary. Please respond or opt out
Brief Answer:
Please. find the answer below
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
1. "scattered altherosclerotic calcifications of the aorta and its major branches" indicates atherosclerosic disease. It's significance depends whether there is narrowing of the lumen of aorta, and if yes it's degree. Anyway there is need for cholesterol control
2. ''Posterior dependent atelectasis'' means partial lung collapse in basal regions. It's significance depends on it's size and cause. Usually it occurs after surgery, but also it can be caused by infection, tumor or lymph node obstruction.
There was not detailed information for the full answer but I tried to give as complete answer as it is possible.

You did very well. I didn't have any breathing issues until I had a hernia repair after a disastrous colorectal surgery /infection.
Mesh covers from sternum down to rt above low abdomen. Wearing a bra pushes on area of mesh and if I wear a tight camisole, I have labored breathing. Does this coincide w/ your prognosis.
Apologize for not sending report but it was incomplete due to lack of flow during contrast.

Brief Answer:
There may be a correlation between the symptoms and atelectasis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Wearing a tight camisole affects a little the excursion of the thorax and if you have problem in the lung it can provoke breathlessness.
Actually it depends also on the size of the atelectasis. So I would advise you to see your doctor to discuss the further strategies.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
