Question: i did a bowl movement and while i was wiping my but cum was dripping from my penis why is that

Hello and thanks for your question.
While this could be a normal occurrence if in only happens this once, it also could be a sign of infection.
It is true that if there is semen in the urethra, when you have a bowel movement, it puts pressure on the abdominal cavity and this could push some of the semen out the penis.

However, if it happens repeatedly or if it happens when you are not increasing abdominal pressure, it could be pus and not semen and could represent infection.

If you have any pain with urination or if this persists see a doctor for evaluation and treatment.
