What Does Severe Constipation Even After Gutclear Intake Indicate?
Question: Hi Sir...my 3 year old daughter has sevre constipation even after a dose of 45 ml gutclear...do you think laxopeg XXXXXXX will help. I am tired of giving her enema and suppositories...and she is super scared taking them. Please help!

Gutclear is lactitol which is a different laxative.
Laxopeg might work. Do try it.
Also try increasing fiber in the diet by giving more fruits and vegetables.
Avoid too much milk. Restrict to only 2 glasses per day.

Thanks Sir! Yesterday we gave her gutclear - 7.5 ml; figolax - 7.5 + 7.5 ml; cremaffin - 2+ 2ml. And a XXXXXXX of Laxopeg after dinner.
She is feeling the pressure but is holding back. She is very uneasy. What do you sugget as a next step. Should we wait or get her an enema?
Also all these different laxatives are okay to give?
