Brief Answer:
Fusion bone graft from the interdiscal space may

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Your MRI shows central bulge means spinal cord is having pressure at central area due to disc bulge.
Some times due to fusion bone graft from the interdiscal space may bulge posteriorly.
Due to fusion above L5 there is pressure on near by disc leading to minimal disc bulge at l5 s 1.

Neurotropic medication and physiotherapy will help to relieve pain.
You can do all sorts of conservative therapy and if you are not getting expected result.
Then you can go for minimal invasive spine surgery and decompression of disc bulge.

Later on follow post surgery rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
