The interpretation and validity of hormone tests depends on many factors such as:

1 Method used

2 Normal ranges for that particular method

So here, we need to know from your laboratory where you had these tests done, which method was used to check the free testosterone. If it was done using Equilibrium dialysis then it is reliable.

There is an indirect way to estimate free testosterone. For that, in addition to SHBG and total testosterone I also need your Albumin levels.

Even for IGF1 it would be helpful to go by the normal ranges for the lab you use. There is no common uniform worldwide range. The units and ranges vary from lab to lab and they must be respected.
Would you be able to look at the lab report and share the normal ranges?
