Question: hi Dr, here is my mum's ct scan.pls recommend drugs.she is 76yrs old.

Sugar, bp.is fine.infact her BP is 114/76 as of tday.she is already on aspirin 75mg daily.just noticed she can't open her jaw and feel pain on her right leg.

Is there any weakness in leg hand or facial deviation?
jaw opening difficulty is new or old as in acute state it may be temporomandibular joint dislocation or dystonia.

If leg weakness is recent onset and acute then CT may be an evidence of stroke.
In such a scenario, blood investigations, MRI with angiography , ECG AND 2D ECHO may be required.
Aspirin in 150 mg doses should be given and control of other abnormalities should be attempted.
Neurologist consultation will be helpful.
Physiotherapy will also be useful.
