(Serum/Chemiluminescence) - 333.64 IU/
Anti Thyroperoxidase Antibody(AntiTPO/TPO Ab) - 3.31

I have gone through your reports. You have auto immune thyroid disorder. Now if you are on treatment you need to reduce the dose. If not then wait and watch. Repeat thyroid test after 6 weeks.
You also have low vitamin D and vitamin b12. So you need to start D and B12 supplements.
