What Does The TSH Level Of 35.51 In A Female Indicate?

Question: Hi,
My wife TSH levels shows 35.51 in the recent test. However T3 and T4 with FT3 shows normal. She was taking Thyronorm dosage in the pregnancy. She recently under went Gall Bladder removal surgery and in the meanwhile stopped taking Thyronorm tab too. So we performed TSH for baby and above tests for my wife and found my wife is having Thyroid. The baby is intact. But now I'm little tense with my wife report. I asked her to start same amount of Thyronorm dose from today. She is having lot of hair fall, no proper sleep, body ache.
Please help me.... !

Brief Answer:
primary hypothyroidism.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi! this is Dr. Minal. Welcome to HCM! Your wife is a clear case of hypothyroidism. She needs to take thyroxine, though you are finding T3, T4, in normal range.
All her hair fall, body aches are due to hypothyroidism.
Dose needs to be started as 1mcg /kg body weight and then titrated according to reports after 6 weeks.
regards!

Thanks for the Reply Dr. XXXXXXX
I'm not sure for her weight. It might be between 55 to 60. So I would like to know the recommendation on dose as it says 1mcg/Kg and for how many days and what time ?
Also, I would like to know is there any side effect of taking this medicine.
is this tab's available easily or suggest alternative tabs?
The another thing is she feeds the baby also. So is there any impact on baby.
As per your recommendation, I'll ask her to stop Thyronorm 100 mcg and start the thyroxine.
Please confirm above.
Could you please post the update on the last message which I sent to you?
Awaiting for you response.
