Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You don't have blast cell in your blood. So right now your acute myeloid leukemia is under control. No need to worry. Just regularly check your complete blood count.

Brief Answer:
Neutrophil is not a good indicator.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Treatment of chemotherapy should be evaluated on percentage of blast cell. You don't have any blast cell. There is one problem in your report. If they are mentioning blast cell as monocyte then it is not a giod sign. Ideally they should differentiated all the cells. They haven't mentioned blast cells in the report. Kindly ask your doctor that what is the blast cell percentage.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
