Brief Answer:
You can start with ORAL hypogycaemic agents

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concerns.
First of all I must say that your lifestyle modification (DIET & EXERCISE) is great.
Still your FBS & PPBS are just above normal.
So it is the time to start some LOW DOSE ORAL HYPOGLYCAEMIC AGENT.
Like-metformin.
Also consult your doctor for the doses.
I need to ask for a HBA1c report. So that i come to know the last few months glycaemic control.
HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.
REGARDS.
