The interpretation based on the blood report posted by you is as follows:
There is slight increase in lymphocytes.
The absolute counts of monocytes and basophils is on lower side.
Basophil is a type of white blood cell which is rarely encountered in routine blood counts in XXXXXXX
It is increased in diseases states so there is nothing to worry about low basophil absolute count.
For more information regarding lymphocytes and monocytes, you need to post the total leukocyte count also.
In general lymphocyte count is increased in chronic infections.

Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) is one of red cell indices.
The others being- MCV, MCH and RDW.
MCHC is slightly on lower side, however, no comment can be given in the absence of other variables.
