Brief Answer:
Visit a cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and reports attached.
The ECHO is showing age related valve calcification but no regurgitation or significant stenosis.
Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction may be due to hypertension.
Any history of respiratory illness?
What are the other medical conditions and drugs being taken?
You should consult a cardiologist for evaluation and treatment accordingly.
Provide more details for further analysis.
No surgical intervention required at present.
