Brief Answer:
See the description below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

Facts about your trouble-

- It is a common finding during second trimester scan.
- It will resolve during pregnancy or after Delivery.
- It is a mild variety of fetal hydronephrosis.
- It can sometimes associate with congenital anomalies (mostly trisomy 21).
-It can be sometimes associated with maternal hydration.
-Sometime repeat, scan done at 30-40 weeks of pregnancy
- If it persist after delivery then it will usually resolve in 1st yr of life
-Sometimes it can be connected with other renal pathology.

Hence in your case as it is a mild form of renal pelvic dilatation not associated with any congenital anomalies, you should go for a repeat scan at 30-40 weeks of gestation.

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to assist you.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
