Hello Sir,

Thanks for trusting us about her health care.
I can understand your concern here.
I have gone through her CT report and in my opinion cervical cancer should be rule out in her case.
But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions from you.
Is she having any abnormal vaginal bleeding, back pain ,weight loss, vaginal discharge etc?
Have you done her pap smear test?
What are the other blood reports?
Why she had CT scan?

CT SCAN WAS DONE JUST FOR PRECUATIONARY MEASURE RECOMMENDED BY A Dr. Friend. She had Typhoid in Feb which relapsed again after a month and she gets a Temp of 99.0-99.4 for couple of hours a day presently and goes back to normal without any fever medicine. My Dr. Friend said that it might be OK with this temp as it doesn't touches or crosses 100. But CT scan was done just for precautionary measure

Brief Answer:
Consult with a Gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

Sorry for the very long delay in my response.
I have gone through your wife reports and in my opinion she should consult a Gynecologist and get her pap smear test and ovarian marker( CA-125) test done to rule out cervical cancer.
In her reports two things are important one enlargement of cervix and haemorragic cyst( sometimes found in cancer cases) and streaky infilteration in parametrium.
So at her age with these findings cancer of cervix should be ruled out.
Along with this she has fibroid also.
Please revert back to us with her reports.
Good luck.
Regards
