Brief Answer:
known complication following fracture
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you
I have gone through the attached CT reports and they are suggestive of degenerative changes in early stage. This is a known complication of fracture neck of femur but the best part is fracture has united well.Following fracture the blood supply is somewhat compromised leading to the changes as mentioned in CT scan.
To help you further, please tell me-Do you have any pain at hip with difficulty in climbing stairs, squatting or sitting cross leg?
Looking forward to your reply.

Brief Answer:
Report do not matter much,if you are fine.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I can understand your dilemma with two different reports. if we leave aside the word AVN,both the reports are suggestive of some changes are occurring in the head of femur which are suggestive of early arthritis. This can happen in this type of fracture.
But these reports does not mean anything until and unless you have the major symptoms.I am glad that you do not have any major complain as far as pain and limitation of movement is concerned.
My suggestion would be-
1.Maintain Ideal weight for height, regular exercises, No weight lifting and jogging. You can do cycling/swimming.
2.You may have nutritional supplements like Glucosamine, beside vitamin D,calcium.
Hope this clears your doubt.
