Brief Answer:
You need not be worried.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. ST depression in ECG is a sign of myocardial ischemia which occurs when the blood supply to the heart is unable to meet its oxygen demand. It seems that the raised blood pressure as well as the heart rate is the cause of the increased oxygen demand. Assuming that you do not have a chest pain you need not get concerned about it. But if you have a chest pain the condition would call for treatment with a class of medicines called beta blockers.
Let me know if I could help further.
