Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
First of all, I would explain that reduced T wave in V2-V3 is not a matter of concern.
The main concerning problem is the mild concentric LVH.
Does he suffer from high blood pressure? Mild concentric LVH is usually related to uncontrolled high blood pressure.
What are his actual complaints?
Could you please upload the full Echo report and ECG, so I can directly review it for a more professional opinion?
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information.
In such case these echo findings are related to uncontrolled high blood pressure.
I recommend you to discuss with his doctor on the possibility of optimizing his thyroid treatment and start treatment with anti-hypertensive agents if his blood pressure values are still high.
A close monitoring of his blood pressure values (frequently during the day) is necessary.
A good management of high blood pressure is the best thing to stop the progression of these cardiac changes.
You should discuss with his doctor on the above issues.
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
