What Does The Following ECHO Report Indicate?
Question: My echo report
NO LV RWMA
NO MR/AR/TR
GRADE LV/RV FUNCTION
NOPE/CLOG.
And TROP T SENSITIVE Test - Negative.
And also my blood report - HB- 16.9, TLC-9000, Platelet count-2.8,Creatinine-0.9, potassium-3.9
Can you please help what this report mean. My doctor recommended angiography. Thanks

1. I had shoulder, hand & neck pain while walking a distance of 50 metres.
2. I have mild hypertension, using medicine and I am not diabetic.
3. I don't have chest pain but I have some heaviness.
4. my family physician said there's no changes in ECG.

Considering your history and ECG , i think next appropriate step is stress test.
If stress test is positive then angiography is necessary .Otherwise it is not necessary.
Pain after walking is only complaint which raise alarm.It will be cleared by stress test.
