Brief Answer:
Findings are suggestive of epilepsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your child's symptoms, MRI and EEG reports. These are suggestive of epilepsy. MRI findings do not suggest any new/active disease. They are most likely due to lack of oxygen or blood supply at the time of birth.

Anti-epileptic medications would be needed.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
I have seen the prescription.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and attaching the prescription. Sorry for the inconvenience caused while trying to attach the prescription earlier.

The medication mentioned in the prescription are correct and your son would improve. As suggested by the doctor, the anti-epileptic medications (valparin) should be continued for three years.
