Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The report that you have uploaded gives a unclear picture.
You see it says there is a granuloma. The commonest cause of the granuloma is TB.
However, the diagnosis of TB is by seeing the bacteria directly. For this they have used AFB stain . This is used to see TB bacteria. So as per report no bacteria are seen.
So I can say that the report may suggest TB or other causes of granuloma formation.
What are your symptoms. ?
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
