As per CDC XXXXXXX USA oral sex carries a very low risk for HIV.
Your tests with different tests after the window period of HIV remained negative repeatedly. So you are absolutely free from HIV beyond any doubt. Forget about this and relax. In future stick to safe sex for oral sex also.

Hi doctor since last I spoke to you I have taken 5 more rapid blood test and from a diferent brand, SD BIOLINE HIV 1&2 3.0 from STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS, do you know this tests ? so now I have 10 negative results I so want to put this behind me once and for all :(

I had come across SD bioline tests.
To my knowledge (27 years in the field of HIV), all the HIV tests available in the market, including rapid tests, are reliable to the extent of 97% and above. When tested with two different HIV tests, the reliability is almost 100%.
But you had tested 10 times and got negative results. That too, after the window period.

Then why you have doubts about your HIV status?
Nothing to worry.
You are free from HIV infection. Forget about the same.
