Brief Answer:
There are mild degenerative changes in cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your MRI images in detail.
It is difficult to fully interpret the findings from limited images. There are mild degenerative changes in cervical spine,it is evident form loss of water from inter vertebral disc at C3-4 and C4-5 level.
Sagital images are more important for cervical spine and you have rightly uploaded sagital sections. There are no signs of disc prolapse in sagital images,if possible please upload axial images also.

Don't worry about bright regions in the side of brain. These are due to presence of fat.Fat appears bright in T2 weighted images.

You have been prescribed right medicines, you should take it continoulsy.

Your problem is most likely related to posture. You should try to correct it.You can also do neck exercises after pain subsides.Physiotherapy will strengthen neck muscles.

Get well soon.
