Question: Diffusely bulging disc with facet degenerative changes. Prominent epidural fat mild narrowing of the central canal and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing mild encroachment upon the exited nerve roots laterly

Pain killers with muscle relaxant like Etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with Thiocholchicoside or Tizanidine can be taken.
Pain modulator drugs like Pregabalin or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin can be used.
Less chances of surgical requirement, but in non responsive cases surgery may be required.
