Brief Answer:
Does not appear to be stage 4
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
This report shows a lung cancer in right lung with possible spread to lymph glands in the chest. It has not spread beyond the chest. There is no fluid in lungs cavity as well. Hence this corresponds to stage 3 lung cancer and not stage 4.
I understand that a biopsy has been done. Need to know the report to confirm that it is lung cancer. Then we can treat it by radiotherapy plus chemotherapy. The doctor can also recommend for mediastinoscopy, a test to take biopsy from the chest lymph nodes to confirm that it it is stage 3.
Hope this helps. I will be available for further followup.
regards

Thank you for the clarifications.
I just want to know the extent of the cancer when we say it is at stage 3.
I have attached the biopsy results.

Brief Answer:
please refer below
Detailed Answer:
Biopsy confirms lung cancer.
Stage 3 means it is bit advanced locally, it has spread beyond the lung but still limited to chest. We may be able to treat it with the intent of long term control but cure may not be possible.
