What Does The Following Biopsy Report Indicate?

Question: As per patient, she has gone through biopsy and operation dtd.9th, after report of biopsy comes on 15th, she was again refered to another another hospital.

Kindly guide what to do and what is the problem?

It has advanced outside boundaries of removed parts.
Hence she maybe getting referred for further chemotherapy or radiation to another hospital.

At what stage is the cancer, how much is the chances of getting recovered?
