Question: Hi. I just got a rutine blood check and i have some values that i don't know if i should get them checked out. Can you please adivce?
ALT-TGP 60UII/I
HDL Colesterol 36mg/dl

I read carefully your question.

It seems like ALT is a bit high and HDL is a bit low.
Even if ALT is slightly high that value is not significant. Maybe you drank some alcohol the days before the test, or took a medication that affects the liver. It is not suggestive of a problem.

Also, HDL is the good cholesterol. So as much high as possible it is, then its better. But in your case its low. If you have normal the other values of cholesterol, then you don't need to worry about this. Physical activity may be helpful to increase it, but no other way other then that.

So my conclusion is that you don't need to check these again, but just normally in your next check up.
