Right renal calculus, Left renal cortical scarring, Enlarged prostrate.
Stone Size : 6mm

It looks like there is a significant element of infection and dehydration right now. There are few more tests that need to be done including serum creatinine, blood urea, serum electrolytes, urine culture.
The 6mm stone might not need treatment right away. What you need right now is plenty of oral fluids and maybe even IV hydration to help put out plenty of urine output.
After you gave given urine for culture, a broad spectrum antibiotic can be started like Magnex forte IV twice a day till culture report is available.
If urine flow is slow an alpha-blocker like Urimax once daily at 0.4mg can be useful.
Let me know the progress so I may be able to advise you further.
