What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?
Question: I conducted a complete blood test for my wife Mrs. XXXXXXX . Some for blood components on the higher side. Can you please list down the possible reasons and does it need a medical treatment. PFA the complete report.

There are a few normal lab variations that are seen, they definitely, do not require medical treatment as of now. You can repeat the test after 3 months, if you desire.
Elaborating the report:
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE PHOTOMETRY 99.7 U/l There is a slight increase in this value as you see it. However, this is not clinically significant. Just ignore this test value.
The eosinophils are high at 8 but are not significant. Do not worry about this as the Absolute Eosinophil count is normal at 0.66 X 1000/Microliter. Upto 0.7 is normal clinically.
RBC is normal, although on the higher side. Do nothing about this. Her Hemoglobin is normal, so that is a good sign.
MCHC is also normal, although it is showing lesser value.
If at all you feel your wife needs medical treatment, you can give her a single dose of Tablet Albendazole 400mg to be chewed after food. This is a prescription drug for deworming her intestines. Worms in the intestines can sometimes cause increase in eosinophil count.
In my opinion, she does not require any medical treatment.
