What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?
my cycle this time was 26 days usually 27 to 30 days.
can I still safely say this blood test has shown ovulation?
Suggestive of ovulation
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Your history narration is quite confusing. I would appreciate if you are more precise and elaborative; in particular, the statement 'my day 21 progesterone came back at 38'.
If you mean that your Progesterone levels on day 21 of the cycle are 38 nmol/L, then they are good levels suggesting the evidence of ovulation. A cut-off of >30 nmol/L ( = 943 ng/dL) on day 21 of a 28 days cycle is quoted as indicating a likely ovulatory cycle by some.
You may look for the evidence of ovulation even by ultrasonography. You may upload the images and report of ultrasonography for my review.
Usual cycle of 27 to 30 days if comes on day 26, it is not an irregularity in the menstrual cycle. Variation of 4 days on either side is accepted in the range of normalcy and regularity.

Do you think I can conceive naturally
You can conceive
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
So your Progesterone levels do indicate that you have ovulated. Now if there is no other problem or no problem with your husband's semen, you should not have any problem in conceiving.
You may consider posting good review with 5 stars rating for me.

Start Calcium + Vit D3 supplimentation : Endometrium not that bad
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I have gone through both your reports.
In the blood report, I find almost all the parameters within normal range, except Calcium levels. At this age, Calcium levels are bound to be low due to perimenopausal changes. You should support your body with Calcium with Vit. D3 with the advice of your physician. You are aspiring for pregnancy. Low calcium will pause problem in your health during pregnancy as well as the development and neonatal health of your baby.
In ultrasonography reveals that endometrium is just thinner; however more than 8 mm which is not that bad; we want it 9 mm thick. With Oestriol support, your endometrium can very well be built up to the minimum requirement.
Now the issue of your husband's semen quality and quantity remains to be addressed. I would need his semen report done after 4 days of abstinence. Please get it done and upload the report for my review.
