Thank you, recenly we did blood test there were 5.6% of Hemoglobin so Dr said to donate blood. And now baby is active, playing, eating as normal. He had reduced weight also. As the report is saying clearly now that having Beta thallasamea. My query is why it happens and is it cureable ? In which hospial there are specialist for this disease ? Thank you!!

Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder.It is because of mutations in beta chain of hemoglobin.
Only hemotologist can guide you properly.
