Brief Answer:
With WBC count of 4500/microlitre, 43.9%lymphocytes is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM,
With WBC count of 4500 / microlitre, differential of 43.9% is normal and it shows relative lymphocytosis.
The absolute lymphocyte count is 2000/microlitre which is normal.
Lymphocyte up to 4000/microlitre is considered normal.

Thanks and take care
