Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX Hi & Welcome.

Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.

I have gone through the results of various lab tests of Shri. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX done on October 27 this year. There's mild elevation of enzymes (amylase and lipase), elevated C reactive protein, borderline high serum lipids and mild iron deficiency.

I would like to know the following details like:

1. What is the purpose of doing these tests?
2. Is he suffering from any abdominal pain, vomiting, etc.
3. Does he consume alcohol or smoke cigarettes?

Awaiting your reply so as to analyze his condition to give an opinion.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications needed...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply, noted its contents.
Owing to my busy schedule I could't attend your query immediately.

Since he has no symptoms (problems) as such and there's borderline high levels of lipids, serum enzymes, mild iron and vitamin D deficiency states with obesity (his calculate BMI is 29.6 (normal is up to 25) what he needs at this juncture is certain life style changes such as:

1. Avoid taking fatty meals, sweetened carbonated soft drinks, ice creams, red meat, etc.
2. To eat home cooked food, increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, fruits, pulses, etc to correct his iron deficiency.
3. To eat non-vegetarian foods such as egg, poultry, fish, etc to increase the vitamin D levels and also should have adequate exposure to sunlight.
4. Regular exercise and try to loose the body weight.

The same tests may be repeated after 2-3 months to check the response.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
However if you have any follow up query, please do not hesitate to ask.
Regards.
