Brief Answer:
Talk to ur hematologist whether thymectomy or erythropoietin inj would help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand the miserable situation that you are in. I would insist you to upload the reports of bone marrow test as well as peripheral blood count. I would like to know if she had suffered from any infection (in particular with parvovirus B19). Unfortunately, if it really is due to red cell aplasia, the condition is quite bleak. If the marrow is not functioning properly, there is no way that it can be stimulated to produce more blood cells. It depends on a careful evaluation whether steps like thymectomy (excision of the thymus gland) or injection of erythropoietin would help in improving the situation.

Regards
