What Does The Following Brain MRI Report Indicate?

In a brain MRI report, what does, "Occasional prominent CSF space is noted" mean?
The ventricles, scull, and cisterns are within normal limits, no evidence of Chiari malformation. Everything else states, "within normal limits, and no evidence of". The Impression states, " no evidence of tumor or arterial venous malformation".
Thank you.
Mildly enlarged cerebrospinal fluid spaces.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Occasional prominent CSF spaces, means that there were some of the fluid filled spaces found around the brain to be a little bit more enlarged than normal spaces.
This is not a disease, is a common finding on brain MRI as our age progresses, or, in some cases, may herald conditions that cause brain mass loss ( dementia, prolonged alcohol use etc.).
In a majority of cases it is an anatomical variation, not related to any condition.
Symptoms you uploaded along with MRI report aren't related to these MRI findings.
Conditions such stess and anxiety disorder, peripheral neuropathy, ( low vitamin B12, post viral infection, side effects of drugs, etc.) anemia, should be considered and evaluated further.
Please discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
