The day 11 reading of follicle size with 20x20mm is good and in next 2 days you can have the hcg 10000IU injection and then after 24 hrs should expect the ovulation and if you are planned for an IUI or intrauterine insemination cycle , then can undergo the same.
Even if there is an ovulation from one ovary, you can get pregnant. Even timed intercourse can be practiced after ovulation occurs but the chances of IUI would be 30 per cent higher as it would remove any cervical factors which can possibly prevent fertilisation.
