Brief Answer:
Altered lipid levels, following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

I have gone through your lab reports and noted that your total cholesterol and triglycerides are elevated.

At this point, I need to have more info regarding your medical problems :
- what's your weight? Obesity is one important factor to dyslipidemia. Trying to reduce weight will improve your lipid profile numbers too.

- do you smoke? Or drink alcohol in regular basis? Both of them can alter lipid testing. If yes, I advise to stop either smoking or /and drinking alcohol.

- what about your daily diet? It is important to :
Cut off sugary foids/drinks and/or animal fats
Consume more foods rich in antioxidants like fresh foods and vegetables
Eat more fish, and poultry
Increase water intake
Be more physically active
Try to cope with stress if going through.a tough period

Hope it wasof help!
