Question: Laparoscopy done the doctor told there is small problem, it can be rectified,
Laparoscopy findings,
Uterus normal size mobility normal, both ovaries show ovaries shows dominant folicle of corpus albicans both fallopeon tube are normal in the report,

This laparoscopy report seems to be normal. There is no problem at all. I am not sure what problem your doctor explained to you.

I attached copy of laparoscopy report, & semen analysis report of may month, in the XXXXXXX month shows report 38million/ml. Motilit 60% after 6 days I will take semen analysis 21millions/ ml, motility 25 to 30%, my age is 38, kindly give information whether it is possible to make pregnant normally, we taken tablets as above.

10 years overed till we have not child, another information I have told , I have biopsy last 4 years bck because of semen analysis that time 8 millions / ml, after doctor suggestion I have biopsy, then doctor told you have vascoles in the right testies, then doctor made biopsy & removed vascoles in the right testies, I have taken tablets rejonate regular 6 months, the semen analysis report is 80million/ ml, motility 60% then we made iui 3 times, no use, then I left the treatment , now we started then told laparoscopy & semen analysis,
Now I am confusing , after these are treatment we have no child till today.
Kindly give your opinion, it is chance to pregnancy normal or we can go ivf or iui

Varicocele surgery does not matter now as your sperm count is normal.

You can try naturally for next 3 months as you have undergone laparoscopy recently. If no success go for IVF after 3 months .

IVF Costs about 2 lakh rupees and success rate is more than 40 percent.
