Question: Hello Doctor, I am 37 years old , my seman analysis is, Active sperms - 20%, Sluggish sperms - 20%, Non motil sperms - 60%, can I go for a baby.

Your sperm count seems to be normal. Dont worry.

Count is marginally low. But it will improve by itself and does not seem to be a problem to conceive.

Your semen analysis may not be a problem for infertility.

Let me know if any investigation is done for your wife. She needs to get some tests done.
