I have gone through the semen analysis details. Although the sperm count is normal, the motility is on the lower side. Taking folic acid 5 mg tablet (Folvite) once a day and some zinc supplement around 60 mg/day (you may take Cobadex CZS tablet) for six months should help in improving both the count and motility. Many doctors might suggest antioxidants and lycopene etc. but there has been no proven benefit. The benefits of zinc and folic acid have been proven.
You also need to take an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin (available in brands like Ciplox or Cifran) 500 mg once a day for a month. This will help to control the infection which is responsible for the elevated pus cell count.
