What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

Just now i got semen analysis result. Volume-2ml, Ph-8, Liquifaction time-30min, Fructose- positive, Pus cells-0-2, Sperm concentration-12 million/ml, Progressive Motility-30% PR, Rapid Progressive-10%, Slow Progressive-20%, Sperm Morphology-70%normal forms, Vitality-40%
Married life for last 5 years. After 1st year she got conceived, unfortunately we dont wanted pregnancy that time and aborted it. We r trying only 3-4 time in a month. here it is winter in XXXXXXX every morning bathing is in super hot water, will it affect count. with this count and other parameters can one more natural pregnancy happen
